Linnaeus Veterinary Surgeon in Primrose Hill, United Kingdom

Our Village Vet Primrose Hill practice is seeking a new Veterinary Surgeon to join their established team. The practice has a dedicated client base and community. The role involves working closely with the sister branch over at St. Johns wood with the potential to work over there as part of the rota. The practice is well equipped with laboratory diagnostic equipment, a large prep room and a dedicated operating theatre all recently renovated in 2022. We are looking for someone with a real drive and passion for the veterinary industry to work closely with our, Receptionist, RVN and PCA to continue to drive the practice forward and give the clients and patients the best care.

We are looking for the following skills:

  • Great teamwork and receptiveness to learn

  • Independent consulting skills

  • Problem-based, logical case approach

  • Sound surgical skills.

We are supported by local Village vet branches and also by London Veterinary specialists where we have a CT machine and have specialists in internal medicine, imaging, oncology, ophthalmology, dermatology and surgery to provide support with or accept referrals for very complex cases that need more than advanced primary care knowledge.

We are dedicated to promote a good work life balance and this role comes with an excellent rota including working 4 days a week and one day off. 1 in 3 Saturdays (8.30 am-1 pm).
