Description

We are offering an opportunity for an experienced Controller to manage multiple site locations. Based in Lynnfield, Massachusetts, this role involves comprehensive oversight of site accounting operations, general accounting, HR, and systems. Also will need to understand cost and inventory for plant locations.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing and supervising financial operations across multiple site locations

• Overseeing standard cost calculations and monitoring for accuracy

• Ensuring full general accounting practices are maintained and adhered to

• Managing HR functions, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations

• Overseeing the implementation and usage of accounting software systems

• Conducting regular audits to ensure financial accuracy and transparency

• Overseeing budget processes to ensure financial efficiency

• Conducting annual standard cost and annual inventory reviews

• Implementing and managing accounting functions

• Regularly reviewing and updating company systems as neede

Requirements • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions

• Demonstrated experience in Auditing

• Familiarity with Budget Processes

• Experience in developing and managing Annual Standard Cost

• Ability to conduct and oversee Annual Inventory

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field

• Proven leadership skills and ability to manage a team

• Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

• High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with financial software applications

• Strong understanding of business and income tax worksheets and computations

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

• Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively

• Advanced knowledge of financial data analysis and reporting
