About the Team:

The R&D Team operates with high quality standards and strong commitment to excellence and efficiency (Coding and Configuration). Our team is very hands-on with a strong mindset of problem solving while also having the ability to think of the implementation holistically and provide solutions that solve the customer’s long-term challenges.

Our team also works hard, plays hard and enjoys all indoor and outdoor activities that the company organizes from time to time, so that you can focus, work collaboratively, and be at your creative best.

You will become an integral part of the R&D Project Innovation Accelerator team (PIA), entrusted with the creation and administration of innovative add-ons for the platform. Our team operates with a focus on delivering new add-ons monthly based on carefully selected innovations that promise significant and distinct value for our partners and customers.

The team follows a streamlined process for each add-on managed as a small project by 1 to 3 team members through a structured cycle of key phases: Design, Build, Test, and Release.

Our add-ons span a broad spectrum of business and technical topics within Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), Source-to-Contract (S2C), and Procure-to-Pay (P2P). Examples include add-ons tailored for sector-specific regulations, technical integrations, and innovative user interfaces.

Joining our team provides ample opportunities to develop both business and technical skills across the Ivalua platform, offering exposure to a diverse range of challenges and innovations.

Skills You Need to Succeed

  • 3-5 years of experience in a related field.

  • Strong experience in Ivalua configuration.

  • Strong experience in SQL Language (writing and optimizing queries).

  • Significant experience in the analysis and resolution of technical issues.

  • Knowledge of the functional area of purchasing, business processes and ERP would be a plus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design add-ons including user interface, data model, workflow, data import/export, and more.

  • Develop add-ons leveraging Ivalua's low-code configuration and SQL queries.

  • Ensure Quality by doing rigorous testing to meet quality standards and maintain compatibility across product versions.

  • Release and Maintain add-ons on the add-on store.

  • Document add-ons on both functional and technical levels to facilitate understanding and usage.

  • Collaborate with partners to review and certify their add-ons to ensure reliability and compatibility.

  • Train and Support other internal teams on delivered add-ons.

  • Innovate by playing a proactive role in detecting and exploring innovative solutions for projects through various means, including documentation study, workshops, and reverse engineering.

Ideal Profile

  • Demonstrated desire to work on projects with high-frequency delivery cycles (3 to 6 weeks).

  • Be versatile by addressing a diverse range of business and technical situations.

  • Proficiently use Ivalua low-code configuration and SQL language to design and implement innovative solutions.

  • Work independently or in small teams (1 to 3 members) to achieve project objectives.

  • Innate creativity and curiosity to explore and implement novel approaches on the platform.

  • Preference for focusing on the product side of the platform with minimal direct customer or end-user interaction.

  • Active participation in the ongoing development and enhancement of processes, methodologies, and tools.

  • Interact in an environment in French and English.

  • Dynamic, Autonomous and Team player

Preferred Education:

BS/BA degree in Computer Science, or a closely related field or foreign equivalent
